Motorcycle Accident – $30,000.00 Policy Limits Settlement

Our client was riding his motorcycle on a highway in Austin when an automobile came from behind him, weaving and out of its lane. Once the vehicle passed his motorcycle, the vehicle slammed on its brakes. Our client dropped his bike in an attempt to keep from crashing into the back of the automobile and was thrown from his bike. The automobile fled the scene.
